What started as a business in a room in the family home initially had its focus solely on learning.
When we started, our initial focus was solely on the Irish market, where at the time there were two dominant training providers — one of which was partnering with a well-known UK training provider, including our primary certification body, NSAI. The CEO and Founder saw an opportunity to disrupt the home market.
Today, our services have expanded to consulting and auditing. Our purpose and vision have evolved — we now design and deliver measurable organizational and learner impact through multi-accredited ISO management system and regulatory compliance, specialist/advanced, and leadership learning, consulting, and auditing solutions. Our geographic focus and coverage spans four geographic regions.
Kelmac started operations as a training organization.
Started offering the ISO 9001 audit training curriculum as a CQI-IRCA Approved Training Organization.
Expanded coverage to the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia.
Opened the first USA office in Chicago.
Established operations with a dedicated UK office.
Expanded service offerings to include ISO Management System and Regulatory Compliance Consulting and Auditing.
Assisted CQI-IRCA in launching the Food Safety ISO Management System curriculum.
