With over three decades of international leadership gained across his previous organizations and Kelmac Group®, Gerard has set benchmarks that continue to influence industries, regulators, professionals, and thousands of learners across multiple geographic regions whom Gerard taught. After 14 years in industry, Gerard founded Kelmac Group® in 1996. He is also very proud of the years he gave back to society, acting as Chairperson of a local charity, Aislinn, during a period of tremendous growth — a centre that treated people for suicide prevention and various addictions in his home city, Limerick. Gerard is also very proud that many Kelmac Group® personnel went on to become successful running their own businesses, and are now leading champions and leaders in industry.
