In order to provide the Services in an efficient manner, the Company collects certain information regarding the Client and the customers of the Client. The notification data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications regarding your applications, newsletter, and Kelmac Group®  campaign and website use. Retention and deleting Personal Data

Rights of the Users

  1. Right to access: Users shall have the right to confirm whether or not the Company is allowed to process their personal data. Additionally, all Users shall have the right to access the Personal Information shared with the Company including certain other information like the details relating to the purpose of processing information which we shall provide them with upon their demand.
  2. Right to Rectification: The Users shall have the right to correct any inaccurate Personal Information about them and further complete any incomplete information related to them which is available on the Website.
  3. Right to erasure: Users shall at all times have the right to erase any Personal Information concerning them without any undue delay. In such case, the User is required to request us to delete the Personal Information relating to such User by writing to us at info@kelmacgroup.com
  4. Right to restrict processing: Users shall have the right to restrict the Company from processing their Personal Information entirely or for any specific purpose as detailed under this Policy. However, the Company shall continue to have the right to process such Personal Information if the same is required as per applicable laws or to defend any legal claims against the Company.

Clients shall have the right to withdraw such consent at any time should they wish to decide against permitting the Company process their Personal Information.

By default, even as a Data Processor, we do not receive and/or process any personal data of children below 18 from our customers. If we discover that we have received any information from a child under the age of 18 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws (“Updated Terms”). Governing law

The Company and You shall be governed in accordance with the laws prevailing in Limerick Ireland and in the event of any disputes; the courts at Limerick, Ireland shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle the disputes between the parties.
