The Kelmac Group's® CSI course is designer for owner/managers and management system professionals who require a high degree of management and technical competence to establish a stand-alone or integrated management system based upon the requirements of ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
It is a structured programme that provides each delegate with the core knowledge and skills required by today's management system practitioner. This training is specifically designed to be very practical and hands-on so that delegates, once they successfully complete this course, can go on to lead and drive business focused stand-alone or integrated management systems within their respective organisations.
The Kelmac Group® CSI 9 day program consists of three 3 day blocks of on-site training over a 6 month time period followed by a series of written and project based presentations/evaluations. The unique feature of the Kelmac Group® CSI program is that successful completion of this course is only achieved on completion of a series of training and project based continuous assessments, and project based oral presentations.
This course is more than a "gold-rush" of knowledge, tools, techniques and document templates. Compared to a traditional taught course the on-site training utilizes the accelerated learning approach to ensure delegates have both the technical competence to establish, develop, implement and maintain a stand-alone or integrated management system based upon ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001.
