No organization can afford to neglect risk, but many organization’s still do not fully realize the level of trust placed upon top management by stakeholders in maximizing opportunities and minimizing threats and the full extent of their obligations under legislation. Lack of knowledge is no protection for either an organization or an individual. This course based on ISO 31000:2009 seeks to address the need for organizations to gain an appreciation of risk management and the actions they should take typically to manage uncertainty that could interfere with the realization of the organization’ objectives and ensuring legal compliance.

Overview of Risk Assessment Techniques
The delegate is assessed based on participation and performance throughout the duration of the course. This includes all exercises, case studies and all other activities during the course. Please note, full attendance is required during the training course.
